ATK inauguration photos and videos policy

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AUTHORISATION FOR THE PUBLICATION OF PHOTOS/VIDEOS

(pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR)

1. DATA CONTROLLER

1.1. 2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

2.1 The event is organised by invitation to participants and any personal data that may be processed, through photographs or audio-video recordings, will be used for the primary purpose of documenting the event, using the most commonly used means of communication today, such as the Data Controller's website and related social networks or any other means of dissemination. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the data controller or third parties for the purposes indicated above.

3. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The personal data collected (images/videos) will be processed by the Data Controller and by persons operating under the authority of the Data Controller who are formally appointed pursuant to Article 29 of the GDPR or, within the organisational context of the Data Controller, formally appointed as external processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.

4. STORAGE PERIOD AND METHOD OF PROCESSING

4.1 Personal data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 5 years.

4.2 Personal data, including photographic images and/or audio-video recordings, will be processed in compliance with current legislation and the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and confidentiality that inspire the Data Controller's activities in compliance with the security measures provided for by the GDPR. The images collected will be stored, including in electronic form and on any technological medium, for the purposes and within the limits defined above.

5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

5.1. As a data subject, you may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR and the right to withdraw your consent at any time (Article 17 of the GDPR).
